The data behind the calculator — state income tax rates, unemployment maxes and durations, mini-WARN provisions, industry severance benchmarks — is updated periodically (most recently in 2026-04), but tax rules change, state laws change, and individual circumstances vary in ways the model cannot capture. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the figures are correct, complete, or current as of the moment you read them.
